Stages Solo gets to know each logged in rider, adjusting workout difficulty based on their unique level. Riders see measured improvement and track progress from their account, earning badges along the way.

GAMIFIED RIDING EXPERIENCE

Points are earned based on how accurately the interval workout is completed, and an accuracy score is presented upon completion - gamifying the workout.

Anyone new to power training will quickly learn the basic principles from the Solo point system, such as how RPM and resistance effect power output.

DIVERSE SELECTION OF RIDE CONTENT

Ride lengths vary from 15 to 45 minutes. Ride profile and video content are added to regularly with an up to date subscription. Updates occur wirelessly, over the air during non-business hours.
